Good Morning and Happy Hump Day!
I took off a week from Crossfit, but I am finally back in the gym and it feels amazing, so I figured I would share some of my current inspiration and excitement with you. It really is amazing to me the difference I feel since I have been doing Crossfit and taking care of my body; I'm not sure if you can tell, but I feel more comfortable and confident in my clothes and in my outfit posts. People may not be able to tell how hard I work underneath a sweater and pants, but I can feel it and that's all that matters. Feeling strong physically really is linked so much to me feeling strong mentally. If I can deadlift 200+lbs, then why can't I make it through a difficult time in my life? Stay strong, ladies... :)
