The First Day

Isnt' that pretty cool? To think that you can 'begin' your life every single day and that the best days of your life are in the future? I'd say that's more hope than you could ask for in this world. I look back and remember every smile and every happy moment I've had, but I also think about the things that I've changed and that I want to change and I can begin that today, or tomorrow, or next month. We decide what each day is going to be and we don't have to explain it to anyone. And it always gets better, it always can get better. I've circumnavigated the globe on a ship and my best days haven't happened yet? Shit, that gets me excited!
