I am pretty much crazy because I am running a 10K tomorrow morning, yes on Thanksgiving. I used to do Turkey trots when I was a little girl and since I started racing again, I felt like I might as well start the tradition up again (and I can't deny the fact that it will make me feel like I can eat whatever I want tomorrow!!) I'm not sure why I picked the image below for today, but it felt right when I was thinking about the glutonous meal I will be having tomorrow and how I need to fight it back with my run tomorrow and my workout on Friday.
How will you combat the Thanksgiving feast?
Also, don't forget to eat breakfast, it is even MORE important on days like tomorrow!
